Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Any additional treatments booked will receive a 10% discount. Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Please check your voucher as to the days you may redeem your spa day. Bank Holidays are treated as a weekend.

This gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable

When purchasing “Serene Escape Spa Break per person (minimum of 2 people required)” - 2 x per person vouchers are required to book this break. If only one voucher is purchased, a single supplement charge will be applicable or the full package rate will apply for the second sharing guest.

Change will not be given for monetary vouchers

Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. 

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort are not liable for any vouchers resold through a third party. 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be extended. Excludes 24th December to 1st January. 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to fill in a consultation form. Appointment length includes collection, consultation and changing.

Guests with any infectious conditions may be refused treatment without reimbursement. Treatment time cannot be extended due to late arrival or toilet breaks during your scheduled treatment.

For spa packages you will be provided with robes upon arrival to the treatment spa, we will require a deposit of £10.00 per robe for all spa package guests. This is refundable upon return of the robe to the treatment spa reception. We would recommend bringing your own suitable footwear, slippers are available to purchase at £2.00 per pair. You will only receive one robe throughout your stay with us, an additional charge for any new robes required is £10.00 per robe, subject to availability.

Please be aware we will not be able to hire out any robes without the deposit.

Please bring your swimwear for use in the wet spa facilities. Disposable briefs will be provided for body treatments if required.

Old Thorns Spa has a strict over 16’s policy.
