Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Dress code is strictly black tie.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Menu selections are required 6 weeks before the event.

Although we try to keep groups together there may be another group seated at the same table. Please be aware: Bookings for 8 and more guests will be seated on private tables. Bookings for less than 8 guests will be seated on mixed tables.

Once paid, the ticket is non-refundable. The cancellation policy for overnight packages is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

Over 18's only. Old Thorns operates a challenge 25 policy. Please ensure that you carry a valid ID otherwise entry will be refused and no refunds given.

Tickets are available on a first come first served basis.
