Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is for a 1 night stay for two people in a superior hotel room including a 3 course dinner, breakfast and a bottle of wine. 

Enjoy complimentary use of Elevation Health Club during your stay with us. This includes full access to our impressive gym, 20m pool and wellness facilities. Please note that our gym and wellness facilities cannot be used by under 16s. Children’s swim times are in place, please visit our website for more information.

Check-in to your room is at 3pm on your arrival day. Luggage can be stored in the concierge if required.

All rooms should be vacated by 11am on your departure day and your key returned to the reception desk. Late check out until 12 noon is available for £20, subject to availability. Please check with our reception or reservations team in advance if you wish to add this service.

Please check your voucher as to the days you may redeem your break. This gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash, extended, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Change will not be given for monetary vouchers. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. Old Thorns are not liable for any vouchers resold through a third party. Vouchers are valid until 31st March 2025 and cannot be extended.
