Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Menu selections are required 6 weeks before the event.

Once paid, the ticket is non-refundable. However, if Old Thorns is forced to cancel the event due to any government restrictions you will be issued a full refund.

Over 18's only. Old Thorns operates a challenge 25 policy. Please ensure that you carry valid ID otherwise entry will be refused and no refunds given.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first served basis.

All Inclusive Drink Wristband Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to remove the All Inclusive Drinks wristband from anyone ordering drinks for guests not on the All Inclusive Drinks package or if they are deemed to be drinking irresponsibly.

There will be a wristband collection point available outside the function room from 6.00pm on the day to collect your All Inclusive Drinks wristbands. We advise collecting them between 6.00pm and 7.00pm to avoid delays on the door.

Drinks will be available for guests to order from the bar in the function room only from doors opening at 6.30pm until the party ends. One drink may be ordered at a time. Drinks ordered in other parts of the hotel e.g. Atrium Cocktail Bar and Sports Bar will be charged at full price.

No refund if the band is forfeited, lost or defaced.
