Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The two course meal offering will depend on the availability for the night you select. When booking, please ask our reservation team for more details so you can select your meal.

This gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours notice will render the voucher null & void.

Old Thorns are not liable for any vouchers resold through a third party.

Use of facilities between check in and check out. Subject to availability.

Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Vouchers is not valid for the nights of December 24th-26th, and 31st.
