Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is a ticket only voucher for the quantity of people specified on your ticket.

Vouchers will be automatically redeemed on the date of payment and will be treated as a deposit until time of the event.

Tickets purchased on the same order will be seated together (or on tables near each other if a large party). If you have purchased tickets on separate orders then please email [email protected] with the order numbers and we will do our best to seat you together. However no guarantee can be provided. Please be aware: Bookings for 8 and more guests will be seated on private tables. Bookings for less than 8 guests will be seated on mixed tables.

This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All Inclusive Drinks Wristband Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to remove the All Inclusive Drinks wristband from anyone ordering drinks for guests not on the All Inclusive Drinks package or if they are deemed to be drinking irresponsibly.

There will be a wristband collection point available outside the function room from 6.00pm on the day to collect your All Inclusive Drinks wristbands. We advise collecting them between 6.00pm and 7.00pm to avoid delays on the door.

Drinks will be available for guests to order from the bar in the function room only from doors opening at 6.30pm until the party ends. One drink may be ordered at a time. Drinks ordered in other parts of the hotel e.g. Atrium Cocktail Bar and Sports Bar will be charged at full price.

No refund if the band is forfeited, lost or defaced.
